4The cooking class itself was amazing—our chef was super knowledgeable and made the process really fun. My ceviche turned out way better than I expected! The only downside was that the market visit was quite crowded and felt a bit rushed, but I guess that’s part of the local experience. If you love seafood and cocktails, you’ll enjoy this tour for sure.

5I loved this experience! The market visit was so interesting—it really gave me a feel for how locals shop for fresh seafood. The chef was friendly and explained everything so well, from choosing the right fish to balancing the flavors in the ceviche. And making a Pisco Sour in Pisco? Just perfect! The only thing I’d suggest is having a bit more time to enjoy the food at the end, but overall, this was one of my favourite activities in Peru.

5I’ve tried ceviche before, but making it myself with a local chef was next level! The ingredients were so fresh, and the location by the ocean made the experience even more special. I really appreciated the explanations about Pisco and its history too. The tour was well-paced, and I never felt rushed. Highly recommend it if you’re in Paracas or Pisco!

5This was such a fun and interactive cooking class! I finally learned how to make proper ceviche, and it’s surprisingly simple but very precise. The Pisco Sour part was great too. Just a heads-up—there’s a lot of lime squeezing involved, so be prepared! I wish there had been a little more variety in the dishes we prepared, but for a short class, it was fantastic.

5This was hands down one of the best things I did in Peru. The combination of a cooking class and cocktail-making was perfect. Our guide was so passionate, and I loved that we got to actually do everything ourselves, not just watch. The Pisco Sour was the cherry on top. If you’re in Paracas or Pisco, don’t miss this!
